1. Who We Are
Mumly Careers Ltd (“Mumly”) operates as an Independent Travel Agent, sourcing and arranging travel products and packages supplied by third-party ATOL-protected tour operators, travel wholesalers, accommodation providers, and airlines. Mumly does not create, operate, or deliver travel packages. We act as an intermediary on behalf of approved suppliers.
2. ATOL, ABTA & Financial Protection
Financial protection for your travel booking is provided by the supplier or tour operator, not Mumly. ATOL certificates are issued directly by the ATOL-licensed supplier at the time of booking. ABTA protections apply only if the supplier is an ABTA member. Mumly does not hold its own ATOL licence and does not provide financial protection directly.
3. Accuracy of Travel Information
All pricing, photographs, descriptions, itineraries, availability, and policies are supplied by third-party providers. Mumly presents information in good faith but does not guarantee accuracy. Suppliers remain fully responsible for all descriptions and service delivery.
4. Booking Contracts
When booking through Mumly, your contract is formed with the travel supplier or tour operator. Mumly facilitates the booking, processes payments on the supplier’s behalf, and provides administrative support. The supplier’s terms and conditions govern cancellations, amendments, service delivery, and refunds.
5. Payments, Amendments & Cancellations
Payments are passed to the relevant supplier in accordance with their policies. Cancellations, amendments, and refunds are controlled by the supplier. Mumly will assist in communication but cannot override supplier decisions.
6. Liability & Limitations
As an Independent Travel Agent, Mumly is not responsible for service delivery, travel disruptions, delays, weather events, border restrictions, insolvency, or itinerary changes. Mumly’s liability is limited to using reasonable skill and care in arranging your booking. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Mumly’s liability for travel services is £0.
7. Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical needs, cancellations, delays, and travel disruption. Mumly is not responsible for a traveller’s failure to obtain adequate insurance.
8. Travel with Children
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the suitability of activities, accommodation, travel documents, visas, consent requirements, and supervision of children throughout travel.
9. Issues, Complaints & Support
In the event of an issue, customers must contact the travel supplier first. If you believe a listing on Mumly is inaccurate or misleading, you may contact: support@mumly.co.uk. Mumly will liaise with suppliers when appropriate.
10. Updates to This Notice
This notice may be updated to reflect changes in regulations, supplier requirements, or Mumly’s business operations. Updated versions will be published on our website.
