Mumly is a digital platform connecting mums, families, employers, and service providers. These Terms govern your use of the Mumly Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

“Users” include Candidates, Employers, Vendors, and Visitors. “Platform” refers to Mumly digital services.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

2.1 Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information. No false profiles or accounts created on behalf of others.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Suspected breaches must be reported to support@mumly.co.uk.

2.3 Age Requirement

Only individuals 18+ may create accounts or interact with Employers or Vendors.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

– misuse the Platform or commit fraud;

– bypass platform fees or systems;

– mine, scrape, or extract data manually or via bots/AI;

– upload viruses or code;

– violate IP rights;

– harass or threaten others.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Mumly may remove, restrict, or review content that is harmful, illegal, misleading, or unsafe.

Mumly may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or safeguarding concerns.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All platform content, branding, layout, features, software, and data models belong to Mumly Careers Ltd.

5.2 Restrictions on Use

Users may not copy, scrape, extract, or reproduce Platform content.

5.3 Licence for User Content

Users grant Mumly a royalty-free licence to store and use uploaded content to operate the Platform.

6. Third-Party Links & External Services

Mumly is not responsible for external sites or third-party integrations.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Mumly provides the Platform “as is” without warranties.

Mumly is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, inaccurate listings, third-party actions, or user misconduct.

8. Safety, Safeguarding & Escalation

Mumly may escalate concerns to authorities where necessary. Users must act responsibly and report risks.

9. Amendments & Notices

Mumly may update Terms at any time; continued use signifies acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
